10月11日、来春に新築移転オープンするLes Queuesレクゥの地鎮祭が執り行われました。 構想から実に7年。幾多の計画変更、延期を乗り越えて、ようやくこの日を迎えることができました。この間に携わっていただいた関係各位の皆様に、改めて御礼申し上げます！
来春にオープンする予定のシン・Les Queuesレクゥは、ワトム農園の敷地内に建つ、正真正銘のサスティナブル・フレンチです。フードマイレージやアニマルウェルフェアに配慮した食材を積極的に用い、SGD’s時代の新しいスタンダードを国内外へ広く提案して参ります。
これから、進捗状況を発して参りますので、ご期待頂ければ幸いです！

We are pleased to announce that there is a groundbreaking ceremony for “Les Queues” which will newly re-open in next Spring, today (11 Oct). It has been 7 years passed since we decided to built a restaurant. We have overcome postponements and changes of plans because of Covid 19 disaster, and finally the ceremony was held. We would like to thank all the people who got involved in this project.
The Brand-new restaurant “Les Queues” will be located in WaTom farm field and become the truly “Sustainable French Restaurant”. We will actively use ingredients that consider “food-mileage” and “animal welfare”, and widely propose new standards in the SGD’s era to both domestic and overseas.
We will continuously update the news, so please keep in touch and look forward to see brand new “Les Queues” and “WaTom”.
