I am Refrain from going out.

In the prefecture where I live,
the days without new outbreaks
of new coronavirus have continued for a week.

so I agriwork every day.

Early spring is the season of Puntalella.

Puntarella, an Italian vegetable,
is called asparagus chicory in English.

Its taste and texture are close to asparagus.

I cooked it with butter saute and garnished
it with grilled vegetables.

Now is the most delicious early spring vegetable.

The first harvested vegetables is. . .

We have been cultivating since last summer.

And yesterday,
I harvested it first.

The vegetables are parsnips.

It resembles white ginseng, but tastes differently.

It is a valuable vegetable in Japan, but popular in the UK.

I cooked the parsnip puree for the English dinner party that day.

This recipe is introduced at the British Embassy.

Color radish has many possibilities

I cook a simple dish of purple radish and red radish.

Slice the radishes, soak purple radish in SioKouzi
and red radish in wine vinegar.
Use after 6 hours.

Purple radish is served with prosciutto,
 cream cheese
  and puntallella.

Red radish is topped with Kodai no Sasazuke, kelp and lemon slices. Fold these in half.

A very simple, delicious and beautiful recipe.
